avocado & pickled red onion
pear tomato & sun-dried tomato pesto

STARTERS:
crispy homemade kale chips with sumac
warm, crunchy cauliflower popcorn
heüra karaage with yuzu miso sauce
 

SUSHI:
special new year's selection with 
HipCaroots, Kinoko, Emerald & Geisha
 
 
MAIN:
Roots Pad Thai with broccoli, sugar snap peas, rice noodles,
homemade tamarind sauce, scrambled tofu and nuts. 
 
DESSERT DUO:
brownie with dulce de leche
& creamy cheesecake with berry coulis

MIDNIGHT:  Cava at midnight

This option is available for guests seated between 18:00 and 20:00. Table must free by 20:15. 
Please note that the regular menu is not available for guests seated after 20:30.
